virtual global classroom

I am Patricia Clain, Professor of History, Geography, Moral and Civic Education and promoter of the global and international virtual classroom.
I am from the island of Reunion, a French territory located in the southwest of the Indian Ocean.

* Objectives: To promote the global virtual classroom
Learning foreign languages, collaborative problem solving, intercultural exchanges, exchange of professional experiences and interactive learning

*mink:
The virtual classroom, a tool that would be useful for transmitting content to students

* Interest and benefits of the virtual global class.
The virtual classroom has the consequence of reinforcing the transmissive nature of the knowledge

We want to make a synchrony in mediated learning with the generalization of more and more mobile tools (tablets and smartphones) and the development of social networks that would "touch the learner everywhere but also immediately".

(Keyboarding and chatting), that is to say Computer Conversation, allows for a greater participation of the student. Interactivity is more marked especially among students with more pronounced needs in communication with others.
The student becomes an actor in his learning and finds more motivation in a teaching where the teacher plays a guide.

Jézégou (2010) develops the concept of self-direction, which is based on a double principle: motivation and self-regulation. Motivation is built through the learner's perception of himself / herself with regard to his or her learning project

The second dimension of psychological control is self-regulation. The learner implements strategies to monitor, control and evaluate his / her learning.

They can influence the learner's socio-affective state, behavior, or work environment.
The virtual classroom, a tool that would be useful for transmitting content to less self-directed students

Resources used
- the various remote communication tools such as Skype, Zoom, Blue jean, Epals
-the tools of interactive learning: the interactive whiteboard with more playful and less expensive modulations such as IW2 (interactive wiless: a whole new approach to classroom technology.)
-power-point presentation

We believe it is up to teachers to promote the technology class.
